We are offering a FREE pop-up class for a chance to meet & practice with Monica Ballarano! A recent graduate of her 300-hr YTT and a new member of the HEY community! Relax and unwind by joining a slow vinyasa/hatha flow yoga practice with Monica at HEY! This all-levels class will be a calming, energizing, and fun class while challenging your strength and balance. The focus of this class is to activate the root chakra where you will practice meditation, breath work, and yoga poses which will help you feel grounded, secure, and stable within your body, mind and soul! Space is limited, so grab your spot now!
