Summer Oasis

SUMMER OASIS Clear - Vibrant - Nourished Level II (Moderate) Summer Oasis is a mix of flows and holds offering an ebb and flow of effort and ease. Flows to clear your energy, and holds to stretch and strengthen. In this uplifting practice you will be guided through a series of poses that will leave you feeling clear, vibrant and nourished. Consider this class a weekly retreat. What to expect: Sun salutations, Vinyasa flows, weight-bearing poses, standing poses, balancing poses. Contraindications: Shoulder & wrist injuries - please notify prior to practice to discuss modifications. Schedule: - Wednesdays at 9AM and 6:30PM - Thursdays at 4:45PM - Saturdays at 9AM

SUMMER BREEZE FLOW Spacious - Grounded - Whole Level II (Moderate) “Summer breeze makes me feel fine.” When summer activities hit, and we shift from routine to adventure… or vacation mode, you might start to feel out of balance. This practice ties in the elements of Air and Earth in this open, breezy, grounding Vinyasa style practice. Starting off with a strong moving flow to cultivate balance and stability, and ending with cooling poses to calm and promote flexibility. Leaving you feeling spacious, grounded and whole. What to expect: Sun salutations, Vinyasa flows, weight-bearing poses, standing poses, balancing poses. Contraindications: Shoulder & wrist injuries - please notify prior to practice to discuss modifications. Schedule: - Tuesdays at 4:45PM & 6PM

SUNDAY SANCTUARY with Shauna Gullbrand Level I (beginner) No matter where you are or what is happening in your life, instead of searching for peace "out there," you have a place where your attention can return: the rising and falling of your breath, bringing you back into your body, into the wellspring of wisdom and support within. Modified to individual needs, this is an ideal practice for beginners or experienced students who prefer a slower paced, less strenuous class that incorporates meditation, breathwork, and Hatha Yoga designed to to quiet the mind and bring you back to yourself. Contraindications: Shoulder & wrist injuries - please notify prior to practice to discuss modifications. Schedule: - Sundays at 9:15AM

MORNING REFRESH Awake - Open - Energized Level I (Beginner) Align with the high vibrational energy of summer with this morning practice. Wake up your mind, body and soul through a combination of deep stretch and subtle movement to ease tension leaving you feeling open, energized, and spacious to start off your day. What to expect: Mat & floor work, deep stretch, weight bearing poses. Contraindications: Shoulder & wrist injuries, trouble sitting for longer periods of time - please notify prior to practice to discuss modifications. Schedule: - Mondays at 9AM - Fridays at 9AM

EVENING CHILL Calm - Cool - Collected Level I (Beginner) Beat the summer heat with a cooling, relaxing practice that offers an opportunity for you to unwind as you shift from your outer experience to your inner essence. Explore a seris of twists, folds and bends which will leave you feeling cool, calm and collected as you transition into your evening. What to expect: Mat & floor work, deep stretch, weight bearing poses. Contraindications: Shoulder & wrist injuries, trouble sitting for longer periods of time - please notify prior to practice to discuss modifications. Schedule: - Mondays at 6:30pm

LUNAR FLOW Pop-up for New Moons & Full Moons All Levels welcome - options will be given during the practice! Lunar Flows will be offered on or around each new moon and each full moon. Explore moon salutations along with other intentional sequences to create space within and open you to the lunar energy that is unique to each moon. New moons we set intentions or begin something new. Full moons we release or end a cycle. What to expect: Moon salutations, Vinyasa flow, deep stretch, Meditation and journaling. Contraindications: Shoulder & wrist injuries, trouble sitting for longer periods of time - please notify prior to practice to discuss modifications.
